Thomas L. Earp, member-at-large has over 30 years of experience representing individuals and businesses in corporate law, estate planning and administration practicing in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. In the area of estate planning and administration, Tom advises and represents individuals in estate planning, and represents executors and trustees in estate and trust administration, litigation and other estate disputes.  He served three years in the Navy JAG Corps. Tom has been very active in Junior Achievement of New Jersey for over 30 years.

Laura Ergood, member-at-large, has over 17 years experience as an attorney licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania with a primary focus toward Estate Planning, Wills, Elder and Employment law. In addition, Laura is a licensed insurance producer for life, health, disability and long term care.

Tom Huber, Session representative, is an attorney who for over 30 years has held positions involving regulation of the securities industry. He first worked as an Enforcement Attorney with the Securities and Exchange Commission for about seven years. For about the past 24 years, he has worked for FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, formerly NASD), which is a non-governmental regulator of the securities industry. The position with FINRA involves investigating possible violations of FINRA rules and federal securities laws and prosecuting internal disciplinary proceedings in which firms and individual stockbrokers are charged with rule violations. Tom is currently serving as an elder at Trinity.

Brad Ritchie, member-at large and member on the Budget and Finance Committee is a financial consultant for Ritchie Financial Services located in Cherry Hill. He has been in the financial planning industry since 1986 and specializes in analyzing and solving financial problems in tax, business continuity, estate conservation, investment and retirement planning. Brad is a Drexel University graduate. Brad has served as an elder at Trinity.

Jenny Stark, representative of the Strategy and Stewardship Committee, has over 30 years experience as a municipal bond trader—the last 25 years at Philadelphia based Janney, Montgomery and Scott. Jenny has a BA in Political Science from PSU and a certificate from the Securities Industry Institute/Wharton School. She has been a member of Trinity for over 13 years, is a current member of Session, and has served as moderator of both Deacons and PW.

Mark Thuer, Chairperson and member-at-large has over 30 years of experience as a Controller for medium sized manufacturing companies. He received his BS degree in Accounting from Indiana University and his MBA from the University of Hartford and is a CPA. He served as one of the founding members of Board of Trustees that founded the Food Bank of South Jersey in 1985.
