Terms and Conditions

Fine artisan and artist presentations only, no kits, imports or commercial items.  This is a JURIED show screened for quality and compliance. Limited spaces, tables and electricity available – first come first serve basis.  Exhibitor must be set up at 8:30 am of the day of the event within the allocated space.  No parking of RV’s allowed in township. Late arrivals will be turned away. All exhibitors must stay until 3 pm.  Early break up will automatically disqualify a vendor from future events. Floor length covers/skirts must be on all tables.  Boxes and extra merchandise must be stored out of sight underneath tables.  Nothing must be attached to doors/walls.  Each exhibitor is responsible for cleaning up his or her area and removal of own trash from premises. The Hall has carpeted area and exhibitors must take care to prevent any damage to carpet.  Any damage to facilities will be recovered from exhibitor.  All items must be handcrafted – no buy/sell items, no imports - no exceptions!  The show committee reserves the right to ask exhibitor to remove any item that is not handcrafted.  Trinity Presbyterian Church (USA) of Cherry Hill is not responsible for any damages that may arise due to participation in this show.

I, the exhibitor, understand the terms and conditions of this show and shall perform the work involved in this event at my own risk.  I shall indemnify and hold harmless Trinity Presbyterian Church (USA) of Cherry Hill, NJ from any and all claims, demands, losses, liability, damages or expenses, including attorney’s fees and other legal expenses, arising in any way from my involvement in this event, including all claims relating to the injury or death of any person or damage to any property.
