Exhibitor requirements |
Products: Handcrafted items only. No kits, factory goods or reselling imported crafts. Vendor selection: Juried show - crafters have to submit pictures of their goods per category. We will reject any factory made or imported goods. No subleasing, please. Registration: All exhibitors have to register and submit photos of items for sale before or on October 15, 2008. Setup: 6:30—8:30 a.m. Saturday morning or Friday evening between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. All tables must have skirts down to the floor. Clean up: All exhibitor material and equipment must be cleared by 5:00 p.m. The church’s dumpster will not be available for exhibitors’ trash and packing materials. |

Available space and fees |
Crafters will be accommodated in stalls on the upper level. Food and refreshments will be located in the downstairs community hall adjacent to the kitchen. Upper level is accessible via a ramp and elevator from the back parking lot – both for persons and goods. The facility is fully accessible for disabled persons.

What Trinity Church will provide |
Trinity Church will provide · 2 chairs per stall. (Extra chairs are available at an extra fee). · tables at an extra fee. (A limited number of tables are available). · parking on premises for off-loading between 6:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. · off-site parking to all exhibitors in a nearby parking lot
for the duration of the event - NO RV's allowed! · free coffee/tee. · booth sitting service. · volunteers will come around on a regular basis for food orders (food not free) · restrooms and water fountains. |

Registration, payment and confirmation |
Deadline: Trinity Church must receive your fully completed registration form (see attached), photos/slides of items and paid fee by 15 October, 2008. Payment: Must be in the form of a check made out to the “Trinity Presbyterian Church”. Mailing Address: Trinity Presbyterian Church, 499 Route 70 East, Cherry Hill NJ, 08034-2462. Refund Policy |
Trinity Church will give no refunds on any registration fee. Refunds will only be made if church management decides to cancel the event due to unforeseen events or an act of God. |

Tips for exhibitors |
Tips and thoughts about your booth: · Have an emergency repair kit: tape, scissors, string, glue gun, etc. · Bring a water bottle, snacks, Kleenex, etc. · Remember a cash box with plenty of $1’s and $5’s. · Practice setting up your booth if it’s your first time attending a craft fair. If it takes 2 hours at home, it may take longer at our event due to traffic, other vendors, etc. · If you’ve signed up for electricity at your booth, please bring your own power cords and surge protectors. · If you’re manning the booth on your own, it’s a good idea to have a sign “Be back in 5 minutes” for when you need to take a bathroom or lunch break. |

Promoting the event |
We will have a 20x4 banner promoting the event hanging 2-3 weeks in advance of the show in front of our building facing busy Route 70. We will list the event in local newspapers and community bulletin boards. We will send out flyers to all 1200 members of our congregation. Please feel free to link to our website from your own or post a link to the event from other listing sites – to tell people where they can come and buy your crafts.
