Open Letter of Appreciation

Trinity Church is in particular grateful to the Walker Technical Company for going beyond what was expected of them. The level of service and the technical innovation exhibited by the Walker crew is absolutely astounding.
After experiencing technical issues with the organ, Walker Technical Company honored their 10 year component warrantee and replaced ALL the electronic components in the organ within a week after finalizing the diagnosis of the problem.
The organ at Trinity Church was a landmark organ in being one of the first digital combination organs on the East coast (maybe in the world). The problem leading to rebuilding the digital component of the organ was related to a generational issue of the components (being leading edge had its rewards and penalties).
Our organ has an exceptional sound and we are very proud and honored to be the custodians of such a fine instrument.
All-in-all, we have great satisfaction working with the Walker Technical Company. In particular with their President: John Carpenter, General Manager: Richard Krauss and the Founder and Tonal Director: Bob Walker.
We are now working with Walker Technical Company to expand our organ’s antiphonal capability as well as upgrade some of the sound samples to better suit our change in music preference.
Sincerely,
Marius Vermeulen Elder & Chair of the Worship & Program / Technology Committees Trinity Presbyterian Church (USA) of Cherry Hill, NJ 499 Route 70 East, New Jersey 08034 Tel: (856) 428-2050
